1. Question: Do I have to pickup and return the chair covers and sashes when I am done using them?
Answer: Yes, the renter is responsible for picking up and returning the chair covers and sashes. We are located in Orland Park. See our Policy page for more information.
2. Question: I live outside of the Chicagoland area, do you ship chair covers or sashes to other locations throughout the United States?
Answer: No, we do not ship to locations outside of the Chicagoland area. We service the locations on the map below. Renters have to pickup the chair covers and/or sashes and return them.

3. Question: What will the chair covers and/or sashes look like when I pick them up?Do you iron them?
Answer: Your chair covers will be laundered for you and ready to use right away. No, we don’t iron them. We fold them while they are still warm and place them in a plastic bin. There is always some wrinkling.
4. Question: Is there a minimum amount of chair covers that I have to rent?
Answer: No, there is no minimum. You can rent as low as 1 chair cover or a few hundred.
5. Question: How can I pay for the chair covers and/or sash rental?

6. Question: Is a deposit required to reserve a chair cover and/or sashes rental?
Answer: Yes, a 50% deposit is required in order to reserve your order. Please visit our Policy page for more information.
7. Question: Do I have to wash/clean the rented chair covers/sashes when I am done using them?
Answer: No.
8. Question: Is there a charge for damaged chair covers or sashes?

9. Question: Is white the only color chair covers that you have?
Answer: Yes, white is the only color chair covers we have for rent.

11. Question: Is chair cover and/or sash setup included?
Answer: No. You are responsible for setting up yourself.
12. Question: Do you have table clothes or other linens?
Answer: No. We only rent out chair covers and sashes in Chicago and the surrounding suburbs.
