Rental: Customer is responsible for picking up rented items and returning chair covers and/or sashes to One Dollar Chair Covers within 2 days after the event they are renting for. Also, a $5.00 replacement fee will be charged for each chair cover that is damaged beyond repair or for missing chair covers. The replacement fee for each sash is $1.00 that is damaged beyond repair or missing. Damage includes rips, tears, holes, and burns only.
Fee of $20 per day for each day over 2 days after the rental date when returning chair covers and/or sashes. Also, fee of $15 for each plastic container and/or plastic container lid that is missing.
Payment: A security deposit of 50% is needed in order to reserve your chair covers and/or sashes. For example, if you are renting 100 chair covers the security deposit would be $50.00. Upon pickup the renter pays the $100.00 fee for the 100 chair covers. Once the chair covers and/or sashes are returned One Dollar Chair Covers will refund the security deposit of $50.00 to the renter.
Cash, cashiers check, money orders, and PayPal are accepted.
Cancellations: Security deposit is not returned regardless of when you cancel.
